Professor Oswalt’s Article Reviewed in JOTWELL

Professor Michael Oswalt’s article, The Right to Improvise in Low-Wage Work, 38 Cardozo L. Rev. 959 (2017), was recently reviewed in the legal scholarship blog JOTWELL (The Journal of Things We Like (Lots)). Oswalt’s article shows how workplace improvisation is both playing a role new forms of labor organizing and is deeply embedded in American labor law.

JOTWELL is devoted to “filling a telling gap in legal scholarship by creating a space where legal academics can go to identify, celebrate, and discuss the best new scholarship relevant to the law.”
