Louis G. Apostol (’78), Public Administrator for Cook County, received a Resolution from the Cook County Board of Commissioners in recognition of his NIU College of Law Award for public service, legal services and community involvement. The Resolution was sponsored by Commissioner Peter Silvestri and presented at the Board of Commissioners meeting on January 23, 2019.
