Though we sadly can’t gather in person this year, the Law Library encourages all of our patrons to join in celebrating National Library Week April 4-10, 2021. You’re welcome to participate in the following national events:
Monday April 5: The American Library Association releases its list of 2020’s most frequently challenged books. Will one of your favorites be included?
Tuesday April 6: Download the National Library Week Word Search (PDF) and play along. If word games aren’t your thing, how about a coloring page (PDF) instead?
Thursday, April 8: Sit in on A National Library Week Conversation with Dan Rather. Join Booklist’s Donna Seaman and Dan Rather for a live conversation about his recent book, “What Unites Us: Reflections on Patriotism” in celebration of Take Action for Libraries Day. Registration is free and open to all, but space is limited, so sign up now. The event is sponsored by United for Libraries, Booklist, and the American Library Association.
