Faviola Ramirez (’10) Named Partner at Law Hesselbaum, LLP

Faviola Ramirez (’10) was recently named a partner at Law Hesselbaum.  Faviola joined Law Elder Law, LLP (now Law Hesselbaum, LLP) in May 2012. Since that time, she has developed extensive experience in the areas of guardianship, probate, estate administration and asset protection planning. In the courtroom, Faviola advocates for her clients that seek guardianship of their loved ones and guides them through the process of settling estates. Outside of the courtroom, she assists her clients with estate administration and with long term care Medicaid and asset protection.

In addition, Faviola serves as Deputy for Kendall County Public Guardian/Administrator, Rick L. Law, and Kane County Public Guardian/Administrator, Diana M. Law. Through her role as Deputy, Faviola champions for the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals by tending to their financial and medical affairs.

Faviola is a volunteer with Administer Justice’s legal clinic and currently serves on the sponsorship committee of the IL Chapter of NAELA.

She currently resides in Elgin with her supportive husband Erik and enjoys tending to her flower garden, exploring new places, and spending time with family.
